Service Definition
Thrive Infrastructure Performance and Security Monitoring Service provides a platform to monitor and alert on performance and security events for servers and network devices including firewalls, switches, routers, wireless access points and cloud based applications for critical performance metrics and security events and creates actionable alerts to mitigate service impacting events.
The service shall include:
- Implementation of dedicated SIEM tenant and SIEM log and data collectors
- 7x24x365 log collection and security and performance monitoring
- Performance monitoring of IT infrastructure devices including servers, switches, firewalls, routers, wireless access point, etc.
- Security and Performance monitoring of support SaaS platforms based on available metrics
- Email notification on security and performance alerts
- Ongoing security and performance alert optimization
- Allowance of 10 Events Per Second per device or SaaS application
- Thrive managed implementation of baseline alerting on industry standard metrics
- Ability to correlate data
- Ability to search historical data
- Reports and trending dashboards
